Devin A Brown was accused of firing a weapon into a car filled with multiple individuals. This occurred on Sunday morning around 8:08 pm between 14th st & 67th ave. 23 shell casings were found on scene from a 45. Caliber weapon . No injuries were reported at the time. The victims were in a silver Pt cruiser which received severe damage from crashing after the shots rang out. The defendant fled on foot after the incident . He was later apprehended with no incident later that night. The weapon was not recovered. He is currently being held on a 500,000 $ cash bond . We will update as soon as possible.
